Can I schedule a gift card for a specific date?
Shopify’s native gift card system delivers immediately upon purchase. If you’d like to time the delivery, we recommend purchasing and forwarding the email yourself on the day you choose.
Do LaLumi gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards never expire. The recipient can shop whenever they’re ready.
Can I use a gift card more than once?
Yes. If the full balance isn’t used in one order, the remaining amount stays on the card for future purchases.
Can gift cards be used with discount codes?
Yes. Gift cards can be combined with discount codes and promotions at checkout.
Can I use a gift card toward a subscription order?
Gift cards can be applied to the first order of a subscription. Subsequent subscription renewals will charge the payment method on file.
What if the recipient didn’t receive their gift card email?
Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@lalumiherbes.com and we’ll resend it right away.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. However, since they never expire, the recipient can use the balance at any time.
Can I add more funds to an existing gift card?
Not at this time. If you’d like to give more, you can purchase an additional gift card.
