Welcome to LaLumi Herbes. By using our website, signing up for emails or text messages, creating an account, participating in our rewards or subscription programs, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to LaLumi Herbes. Our store is powered by Shopify.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.


Account & Eligibility

 

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

 

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

 

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe your information is inaccurate, your account is being misused, or your activity violates these Terms or applicable law.


Products & Accuracy

 

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors, textures, packaging, and product appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

 

All product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or refuse orders at any time.

 

LaLumi products are foods and culinary wellness products, not drugs or medical treatments. Product information is provided for educational and general wellness purposes only. Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

Any wellness-related language on our website is intended to describe traditional use, flavor, ritual, culinary use, or general support for well-being. Please consult a qualified health professional before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, have allergies, or have questions about whether an ingredient is right for you.

 

Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.


Orders & Payment

 

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

 

Your order is not confirmed until we process payment and send a confirmation email.

 

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or other fees unless stated. All payment information must be accurate and authorized.

 

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

 

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.


Shipping, Delivery & Pre-Orders

 

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout, on the product page, or in the order confirmation. If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within 30 days.

 

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, made-to-order items, seasonal batches, or limited releases. If an item is a pre-order, we will provide an estimated shipping window where available. Estimated shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees.

 

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and, where required by law, give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a refund.

 

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.


Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

 

If you purchase a Subscribe & Save or recurring product subscription, you authorize LaLumi Herbes and our subscription/payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency you choose.

 

Subscription details, including price, frequency, renewal date, and available options, will be shown before checkout or in your customer account/subscription portal.

 

You are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating your shipping address, payment method, product selections, and delivery frequency. You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription through the customer portal where available or by contacting us.

 

Changes must be made before your next renewal is processed. If an order has already been processed, it may be subject to our Refund Policy and fulfillment status.

 

We may modify, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time. If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you about substitution options, pause the subscription, or cancel the affected subscription order.


Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

 

Promotions, discount codes, rewards, bundles, free shipping offers, and gift cards may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limits.

 

Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied to prior purchases, or transferred. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

 

We may cancel or refuse promotional benefits if we believe there has been fraud, abuse, technical error, or misuse.


Rewards, Loyalty & Referral Programs

 

If we offer a rewards, loyalty, referral, affiliate, or ambassador program, participation is subject to these Terms and any additional program rules posted on our website or within the relevant app or portal.

 

Points, rewards, referral credits, and similar benefits have no cash value unless explicitly stated. They may be limited, modified, paused, revoked, or discontinued at any time.

 

We may remove points, credits, or rewards if we believe they were earned through fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, abuse, returned orders, canceled orders, or violation of program rules.


Email Marketing

 

If you sign up for LaLumi emails, we may send you promotional emails, educational content, product updates, recipes, launch announcements, discounts, and other brand communications.

 

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send non-promotional messages related to orders, accounts, subscriptions, customer service, legal notices, or security.


SMS/Text Messaging Terms

 

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from LaLumi Herbes, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from us, which may include promotional messages, product launches, discounts, abandoned cart reminders, rewards updates, subscription reminders, order updates, educational content, and other LaLumi communications.

 

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can purchase from LaLumi without signing up for marketing texts.

 

Message frequency varies. We generally aim to send no more than 4 marketing text messages per month, but frequency may vary based on your interactions with us, active promotions, product launches, abandoned cart reminders, order activity, subscription activity, rewards activity, or customer service needs. Transactional or account-related messages may be sent in addition to marketing messages where permitted.

 

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages. LaLumi Herbes is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

 

To opt out of marketing text messages, reply STOP to any LaLumi text message. You may also contact us at info@lalumiherbes.com for help opting out.

 

After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message confirming your request. We will process opt-out requests as soon as reasonably possible and no later than required by applicable law.

Message delivery is subject to your carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside our control.

 

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide. If your phone number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out before discontinuing use of that number or notify us so we can update our records.

 

We may use Shopify, SMS service providers, telecommunications providers, compliance tools, and other vendors to send and manage text messages. Our collection and use of personal information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is described in our Privacy Policy.

 

SMS messages may not include or promote unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, obscene, malicious, or prohibited content. We reserve the right to pause or cancel SMS messages if required by law, platform rules, carrier rules, Shopify requirements, or our internal compliance standards.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, graphics, videos, recipes, educational materials, downloads, packaging design, and website design, is the property of LaLumi Herbes or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, scrape, copy, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our content without written permission.

 

You may share links to our website or social media content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not suggest that LaLumi endorses you, your business, or your content unless we have agreed in writing.


User Conduct

 

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • transmit malicious code, viruses, spam, or harmful software;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;

  • use our Services to violate any law or third-party right;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content;
  • misuse discounts, referrals, rewards, subscriptions, returns, or promotions.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, cancel orders, remove content, or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated.


Reviews, Feedback & User Content

 

By submitting a review, photo, video, testimonial, comment, tag, post, or other feedback, you grant LaLumi Herbes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, and share that content in connection with our business, including on our website, email, social media, ads, packaging, and marketing materials.

 

You represent that your feedback is honest, your own, and does not violate any third party’s rights.

 

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or decline to publish reviews or user content that we believe is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, spam, abusive, or unrelated to our products or Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and Services to you.

 

By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable policies.

 

Shopify is not responsible for LaLumi’s products, product claims, fulfillment, customer service, SMS messages, rewards, subscriptions, refunds, or any other aspect of your purchases from LaLumi Herbes, except where Shopify expressly provides a service directly to you under its own terms.
