We are an herbalist-owned herbal foods company crafting small-batch infused honeys, oxymels, tonics, and teas. Every recipe draws on centuries of herbal tradition — the same plants your grandmother's grandmother reached for — reimagined into forms that fit your morning, your mug, and your lifestyle.
We began in early 2021, when stress, loneliness, and burnout were quietly reshaping how we all lived. We wanted to offer something different: herbal support that feels less like medicine and more like a small gift to yourself.

Our infused honeys steep whole, organic botanicals directly in raw local honey for weeks — a slow, intentional process that allows the natural properties of each plant to fully express themselves. Our oxymels follow traditional ratios of raw honey and organic apple cider vinegar, balanced for both flavor and function.
